GLOBAL PARTNER NETWORK

What is the Global Partner Network?
The Global Partner Network is a grouping of leading event managers and trade facilitation leaders representing 25 countries that will jointly organise several international tradeshows using a highly interactive, multi-dimensional, virtual exhibition platform.

While the moratorium on large events and gatherings imposed by COVID19 has wreaked havoc with the events industry, a unique global partnership of event organisers has been launched to exploit the opportunity created for global trade online.

What is the value of the Network?
Convened by Andrew Binning, CEO of South African based Inkanyezi Event Organisers, each partner in the network has committed to working together to create a unique value proposition to business and governments that seek to optimise inter-continental trade.

The inter-continental partnership creates synergy that is worth far more that the sum of the individual parts.

Working together the network is able to mobilise sellers and buyers in their home countries way more effectively than a single organiser of an international event.

What is the Network planning?
The partnership will jointly organise the following :
• The International Virtual Tourism Show (24-26 March 2021),
• The International Virtual Medical Expo (11-13 June 2021),
• Global Studies Virtual Fair (21-23 July 2021) and an
• International Import/Export Tradeshow (13-15 Oct 2021).

24 – 26 March 2021

11 – 13 June 2021

21 – 23 July 2021

13 – 15 October 2021

Why Virtual tradeshows?
The necessity of taking events into cyberspace, as a result of COVID19, has created an opportunity for the globe’s entire event sector and traders to connect in a way that was never before possible.

The unique software platform that the network uses allows for gameplay like functionality and interaction. Piloted at regional events during lock-down in South Africa the platform will now be rolled out to host the four global tradeshows during 2021.

The virtual technology solution will ensure that trade through exhibitions can continue, despite the prohibition on public gatherings.

The virtual nature of the platform means that visitors are not restricted by the limitations of venue capacity, parking and geographic distance, or health or safety regulations, which means virtual technology holds many benefits.

Virtual visitors on the platform are able to live chat with exhibiting organisations, view company videos, download brochures and experience traditional features of an exhibition like seminars or workshops.
